Took a seat at the bar was hoping to get a quick bite to eat while I waited for my girlfriend to finish shopping at the plaza. I placed my order a CC Salad a 1/2 latter it still didn’t come yet! FYI it was slow not even half full!! Finally I saw a lady come to the bartender with my salad and say is this for u it’s been out there for ever! No apology! I watched the frustration on ever body else’s face as they ordered food too 12/16/17 hopefully the manager sees this and does something probably not after reading all the bad reviews this place has we should all get are money back what a joke this place is never again will I give this place my money and if you’re reading this just go somewhere else Cheesecake Factory is ten times better and even when there busy they beat this place any day of the week in speed and overall quality
Had a great night. They had what sounded like a DJ. There were eight of us. They had a table for us right away. On a Friday night to boot. We could all see & talk to each other. Staff was wonderful. We all ordered different appetizers. That's the way to go w/big groups. We all were full for short money. The drinks are great. Many special ones. So for a great time w/friends believe it or not TGIF could be a place on Friday nights.
It was bad from the moment we walked in. Called ahead for party of 9. Hostess or whoever working front gave no indication of us being there then had no clue about our call ahead. Not a terrible wait however. Waitress sat us and told us she would return shortly to take drink order. Came back with half the order then 15 min or more later brought the rest took our order and walked by and said placed order. Then brought out 4 kids meals out of 5 , 20 min later brought out 2 of 4 adult orders, 15 min or so later brought out 3rd , another long gap brought out 4th adult meal. Kids were done then adults and still no 5th kids meal. After several complaints brought order out to go. We arrived at 6 and left at 7:30. Overall horrid experience. Will not go back. Manager did come and took off a good discount however, too little to late.
Good food and drinks. Service for the food was slow but I don't blame our waiter. I believe they may have a problem with their kitchen. **** Revised second time in a row slow service from the kitchen... One dinner not eaten... One overcooked... Two others missing ingredients... Removed from the bill but not the point.
Sat at the bar for 45 minutes waiting to be seated. when we finally were seated, We weren't seated at a clean table . No waiter came for another 15 minutes . We ordered food and the order was incorrect 2 times. The waiter offered to pack our food to go, only to bring more food out to conclude the 3rd order to be incorrect. Water all over the floors I nearly slipped . The bar smelled like an old wet towel. Lemonade taste good. I advise no person attend this established
