Service was good but, why you pointing the air mover from the kitchen to the dining area? I dont want to smell the kitchen floor puddles.
The food was good as always...I love the burgers at red Robin. The only reason--and it's a big one--that I don't give this 5 stars is the horrible service. I had a long day of traveling so I ordered a couple burgers to go so I wouldn't be that guy coming in late at closing time. They ran out of an ingredient for the burger I was going to order so I went with the spicy jalapeno one. The girl on the phone seemed to be rushing me through my order.
I had dinner there last night. The waiter was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Bleu Ribbon burger. Best burger I've ever had!
Bottomless fries, how can you complain, the wait staff was actually super helpful because we brought our 1 year old in here. My husband ordered a regular burger with ranch for his fries, It was AMAZING how quickly the wait staff was on top of it asking for refills for anything we ordered. Its rare to find a good quality restaurant to take the family to especially when traveling outside of NYC but this the place.
My wife and I go to pick it up and no one greeted us. We looked around until we found someone. They have no clear signage as to where someone can pick up take-out. We got home only to find that my burger had this gross, brown, slimy jalapeno on top of the bun and my side salad had a few pieces of lettuce. The burger definitely wasn't what I ordered and I've come to suspect that they put the gross jalapeno on top as a way to get back...even though they had more than half an hour before closing by the time I picked up my burger. The servers were all about closing up and leaving than catering to people. I don't normally attach pictures to my reviews, but this "jalapeno" warrants one to show how bad this service was.
Service was fine, friendly people. But, the meal was mediocre, with a run-of-the-mill tap selection. Sorry RR, but the big blob of hardened nuked cheese at the bottom of the mac-n-cheese bowl was a dead giveaway.
