Recently closed for Good
The staff is very rude !!! The “manager” on duty was extremely rude, rolled her eyes and didn’t help us at all !!! I can’t believe this Johnny rockets is so unprofessional !
I usually tip at least 25% but this is the only time I have ever tipped noting. I went in there feeling really good and was planning on tipping $20 but I left appalled at how terrible the service was! I got there an hour and a half before closing time and ordered my drink and my meal. Never saw the waitress again. Someone else brought out my drink and another person brought out my food. I ended up sitting there long after everyone left, waiting for a refill. Eventually another waitress comes and asks if she can take my glass (which i wanted a refill) so it could be cleaned. I was so fed up at that point and didn't even bother asking for a refill because they are obviously cleaning and were 5 minutes from closing. I told her sure, take it, and asked for the check. She told me she would go find my waitress. She eventually can't back and told me she could just take my card. I gave it to her. So basically, I saw my waitresses once when she took my order and never received any attentive service by other server staff. I have no idea why my waitress couldn't be bothered to come do her job and serve me, but it really frustrated me.
Nice little retro 50's type place, service was fine, food was good, the only thing you can't help but notice is everything needs a good wiping down, aluminum trim, chrome etc all look pretty unkempt, also behind the counter area are what look like former ceiling fans, so fans without the blades, whatever they are, they need a cleaning, pretty filthy up there. Oh well
I was appalled by the food and service of this local "Johnny Rockets". The service was abysmal as the server was rude and talking to friends of hers. Me and my family waited 1 hour for our burgers and fries. My wife and I ordered hamburgers and they were undercooked and my sons hot dog was undercooked. When we complained the waitress rudely answered " what do you want me to do about it"! They didn't even take anything of the bill! I later experienced horrible gas and diarrhea. I was constantly vomiting and was brought into the urgent car and was diagnosed with food poisoning! I didn't tip and most definitely will not be returning to this awful, herendous restaurant.
