There were many people in the restaurant, but they seated us fast. Got the drinks very quickly, but the food took a little while. Overall good service for how busy it was
Placed a pick up order online. Stake was unfortunately very under cooked. Called and explained the issue and got fast friendly service. Always. Great food and service at this location
Best deals and best food of all the places! Food was very well prepared and nothing beats the quality of Chili's. If you're signed up for Plenti rewards with Chili's, there are also many deals that keep coming up. I just used a coupon for $10 off a $30 order.
I always enjoy myself whenever dining at any Chili’s expecially the one in Braintree. It’s excellent.
The food here is just what you'd expect - delicious. The real highlight of today's visit was our server. He was fabulous. Attentive, personable, everything you'd want in someone who waits a table. I wish I could recall his name so he'd receive the credit he is certainly due. He not Caucasian and he speaks with an easy to understand accent. Everyone at the table was impressed.
