I love shopping at Macy's. I always find all my stuff and always great sales and deals.
3) The worse: we have to go to 3 different cashier stations to have a security pin removed on a hat. At the 4th one, we have been asked " Did you buy it here?" despite of all the Macy's bags and receipts we have in hands!!!
Great customer service. Love it!
I don't know for every body, but for me is a good place to shop special for kids.
2) The old lady at the bedding department is not nice. She is not greeting costumers and have only one answer for all questions we asked her: "I don't know"!
Worse experience ever! 1)At the ladies shoes department, the same associates at the cashier are the same ones who went to look for shoes asked for costumers who are still shopping while costumers already done are waiting for at least 3-5 minutes for the associates to come back.
Diana at MAC is fabulous!!! She's a fantastic makeup artist and she always gives me the perfect products for what I need!! I actually love everything about this Macy's store.
