They lost count on the amount of phones Apple says are unfixsble. Nothing to lose and you'll save $$$ The whole experience was a rip off and disrespectful to me as a customer.

Extremely rude staff and unhelpful. I ordered an iPad that was suppose to be here two days before Christmas (as advertised on the website at checkout when I purchased it). The next day I got an email saying it would now not be here until Wednesday, December 27th. I needed the iPad for a child for Christmas... not two days after Santa comes .. that kind of ruins the whole idea of Santa. I called the store immediately after receiving the email to then be put on hold and transferred for over FOUR HOURS! After those hours I was then told by a store manger that there was NOTHING they could do! I am so beyond disappointed in Apple and their customer service.

This review falls under Twilight Zone. First off the helped me get my IOS 10.2 update on my iPhone 5 after that it went down hill quickly. First off I brought in my sons IPhone 6 which was handed down to me, Glass was broken, battery wasn't charging it's been on my dresser for almost a year.

So many other good reasonable brands to buy don’t get sucked in by Apple.

They upsold my child and now she has end of semester with all her papers and work in broken computer and no money to fix. They upsell, their products break extremely easily and Apple does not stand behind its products. And let a 20 year old leave store in that upset a state. .

I quickly brought both phones to a Kiosk in the Mall. There was none of the conditions mentioned and they fixed everything for $127 both phonesare like new, so if they tell you your phone is not fixable bring it to those guys in the mall.

Poor service at the store. When I arrived at the store, I tried to get the attention of one of the employees. However I was not being helped out because one of the employees was too busy playing a game on an iPad. After a few minutes he gave me attention only to return to playing this game again on the iPad after a minute. I went to another employee after that but alas, this person did not know anything about the products he was selling. In the end I left the store without making a purchase and went to the one in downtown Boston. I did get a great service there.

They ran multi test told me mother board was gone and needed to be replaced for $299 and then they said battery was done/$79 on my present phone iPhone 5,and then had my 5 for over 2 hours and was given back to me with them saying the battery was swollen like they couldn't call me earlier, and was hazardous to work on and that I would have to buy a replacement at same price.

But today was told NO $500 and a week to fix screen. Called me sobbing and I begged her not to drive back an hour to school while crying but she just had to get away from there.

Drove 30 minutes and was told I had no appointment. And that there was a large influx of people pretending to be apple care support. (Yea right)

Was told on the phone by an Apple tech that he had made me an appointment here at 8:30pm. ( It was the only one with openings. )

Can I give zero stars? My 19 yr old went in after Christmas last year to buy $999 computer. In spite of my advice salesman upsold her to $1500 model. He knew exactly how to mainipulate a 19 yr old. Yesterday computer fell. She caught it but a corner brushed floor. Wasn’t too worried as not even a year old so expected it was warrantied.
