I had a great experience with Quirk Kia and Sean Conway. I went in to inquire about an amazing deal I saw advertised. Unfortunately, I didn't qualify for that amazing deal. Sean showed me the Sorento which I immediately loved. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, polite, patient (as my son ran and behaved like a wild child) and not pushy at all. This is my first time leasing a car and it went a lot smoother than I anticipated. I'm giving 4 stars because I didn't get the quote I hoped to get. I still got a very affordable price! I would definitely recommend Sean Conway and Quirk Kia to anyone looking.
I had came thinking I was going to work with Krystal who was AMAZING by the way but she was the internet sales person. So I was given to the product specialist named Remington. He was such a sweet man. I had a wonderful experience with him. He made everything simple for me. Remington was extremely helpful in making sure my car was registered and I received my license plates so I was able to drive off with my car that same day. I also had some other questions for him outside of his work hours and he was more than courteous enough to provide all of the answers for my questions.

All of your service reps have been very good. I have had no complaints, but I really enjoy working with a woman such as Mia who has such a sweet personality as well as being efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my concerns. There have been other female employees that I have worked with, but she is uniquely excellent at what she does.
