People are very nice. But almost 2hrs for oil change ! Never come here if you are in a rush! Oh we had heavy volume. No watched him the whole time. He was last! I'll make sure no one from the Maven fleet ever come here. I promise you and that's a lot of money out of there pocket

I met with Devon. He's young in the car sales business, but worked to get me the best deal possible. Though I should have done my due diligence, I wish he would have told me the lease terms, and annual mileage on the car, as I didn't realize I hadn't even asked about these until after payment. The term said 24 months on the website, but it was really 36 months. I know, I should always ask! But clarification on the sales person's end is always helpful. And the mileage was 10,000 instead of 12,000/yr as I had originally thought. But he definitely pulled a ton of strings to get me a good deal. Look forward to picking up my 2018 Chevy Trax.

Unlike the other six dealerships in the area, Andre was the most responsive salesman and also the most transparent. In the year 2017, it seems odd to require customers to come in so dealership can deploy the pressure sales tactics from their playbook. Andre didn't throw any of his accolades in my face and was very straightforward about the pricing he could and could not meet. He was extremely responsive and provided me with prices, VIN, pictures, descriptions all via email and text message.
