Avoid the grooming salon!!! The workers in that part of the store are inhumane and neglect the puppies they work on. The staff will bring them into the back kennel and leave them there for 30minutes to hours at a time just to sit on their phones and gossip. There are 6 workers when I brought my puppy in and 1 dog out being groomed while the other 4 sat in the back cages, unattended. They do not care about the dogs they see, only the paychecks they get. Will never ever bring my pup here. Absolute disgrace.
If there will be option to give 0 I will do that , what a ignorant people , the fish '' expert '' is rude and she have no idea what she is talking about , she talk down to people like she know all but the fact is she lie she is the store manager also she claim she know how big aquarium fish need to be healthy ,the same time she do not clean up the dead fish swimming in the tanks putting the rest fish in risk , even tough that's her job ,it cost rest of the fish to be sick and die latter , the woman who know all keep koi fish 23 of them in 3 gallons tank but she argued with me 90 gallon tank is to small for me to have 2 koi just for winter since I have summer pond ......wrong , rude , unprofessional ill not come back there .
Never shop here again. The manager, a middle aged man who said his name was "Brian," was unknowledgeable, rude and mocking. I went in for a return, with a receipt that was only two days old. The manager refused to process the return because it was a cash return for over $100 and he said he didn't have to give returns for that much cash if he didn't want to. He said if I had a problem then to call corporate. When I asked for the number he said, "You have a phone, don't you? Google it".
