I had also paid her a full month's realtor fee which is too much for the South Shore to begin with, and I did not appreciate also having to pay her my serenity.

Get your own solution. Do some work on yourself and take some responsibility for your life.

Every step of the process was manipulated and sabotaged, and each day there was another excuse for why Ms. Coon couldn’t complete these simple tasks.

Finally, I had to come back to town, take the checks back, grab the lease and bring everything over to the landlord myself. It seems that Joy Coon’s personal issues led her to need to control something or someone, and this was a way for her to dump her stress all over me - during the Christmas and New Year's holidays. She was a nightmare to deal with.

Ms. Coon was as far removed from "professionalism" as one can get. I was out of town and she didn't seem to know how to fill out a simple rental lease. I had to walk her through it numerous times over the telephone, then she could not get the lease to me for my signature, even though we were under a time constraint. I was told however that I must hurry and Fed-Ex my move-in checks to her, only to find later she was holding onto both the checks and the lease, unable to deliver them the landlord.

A conversation between myself and the Century 21 headquarters had also proved ineffective.

These people were some of the lowest quality human beings I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. Do NOT do business with them.

Team Dynamic was incredibly helpful while I was selling my home. They provided great service, were very responsive, and were great negotiators. Thank you team dynamic!

I will also note that I found Mr. Marella to be an abject manipulator and pathological liar who cared only about making money, and comically, what other people think of him.

These realtor's jobs were done. They should have been nowhere in the picture. Yet they both made the decision to engage in this behavior by doing things like garnishing the telephone numbers of my family members, repeatedly calling them at their home and their small business, claiming I was "crazy". That's what people do when there's nothing they can claim you've done wrong.

When I moved into my apartment and found that the landlord was a slumlord and there were serious issues there that needed tending to, I kindly reported these issues to my landlord. In response, both Mike Marella and Joy Coon began to harass me in an effort to push me out of the apartment so the landlord wouldn't have to address the issues. That is retaliation, and it is illegal in this state.

I had to file Harassment Charges at the courthouse against the owner of this business, Mike Marella. I had numerous issues as well with Joy Coon, the salesperson from this agency who rented me my apartment.

There is a lot more I haven't said here, but the bottom line is that eventually the Braintree Police had to call Mr. Marella to tell him to stop his harassment. He would not yield though, and they had to call him again. He remained unable to control himself though, so finally the Police suggested I file a harassment order against him.

I was not the crazy one in this situation.

This is just one example of the abuse we put up with from Mike Marella. We know however that he is simply not a quality person, and we have dealt with people like him throughout our lives.

And employees are always a signal to what the owner is like. Mr. Marella was even worse.

I was sitting in the midst of these peopke’s crazy-MAKING.

The landlord, Sue Ericson of Town St, also enlisted my downstairs neighbors to harass me along with these realtors, and they all knew who was involved and what the goal was, as I sat up in my apartment always waiting for "the other shoe to drop". That is what life is like when you're surrounded by untreated people, and each of them should be locked away until they can get some help.

If you want people to view you in a better light Mr. Marella, then you might want to think about correcting your behavior.
