Seem very disorganized. Given the run around for a month before being sent to a practice in another city. Would not have learned even this had I not called them back on multiple occasions for status updates. Fortunately not seeking urgent care or medical assistance.
Came in for urgent care for strep. Friendly staff. Seen right on time. Picked up prescription from the onsite pharmacy before I left.
Phone systems is a disaster. need to hire more people so one can speak to something other than a recorded voice.
Love this place! If a Dr. is accepting patients, get one. All of them are great, especially Dr. Jean Brodnax in pediatrics!
