The way they package to-go orders is in a stapled-shut brown paper bag, so if you've ordered a lot of stuff you can't tell what's in it. After they just missed a meal in our bag completely, twice, we were done. There are just too many other good places in the area to deal with that.
We went a few times a week for some weeks - but then mistakes started happening. Wrong dressing. Wrong cheese. No utensils. Wrong salad. No salad. Yup.
Sometimes it's great service other times they space you out for 15 mins. But the food is great.
I don't know why every single other subs portion is correct but for some reason they can't get their best selling sub down. My sandwich today had 3 golfball size peices of chicken spread amongst a large sub roll. Ended up just taking out the chicken and throwing away the sub roll. It just really goes up my a** because I give these people so much business but whatever I'll take my business elsewhere now since they can't even make a sub properly. Good day.
Food is great. Service, not so much.
got a small chix parm for over 7 dollars and was pretty much all bread and sauce...thought it happened by accident last time ..now I know better...
Rosie's used to be the go-to place for lunch for a colleague and me. Our office is right down the street so the location was great (and it's connected to a convenience store to boot). The folks who work there are always nice. In a hurry, sure, but plenty friendly.
I'd be lying if I said their food wasn't good. Not amazing, but definitely good for some of the junk I've found in the area. The buffalo sauce is some of the best around (and they sell it by the bottle...).
I ordered a salad and a ham and cheese sandwich. 30 minutes later I was given my go bag. I should have checked first, but figured it must be good since it took so long. $8 for a plain meat, cheese, and bread sandwich... Definitely not what I ordered. Then the owner argued with me on the phone. I will not be back.
