The costume service is so rude,they charge me for 4 months $20 from my account,when they supost to charge just $10, they said my billing information was wrong ,and when I call them to talk about and i ask way they will be able to charge $20 and not be able to charge just $10 she said your account information was not upadat, so they not going to refund for the last for 4 months they charge $ 10 dollars extra. The people that is soccs.
This is the one i go to most. Great atmosphere, seems very new and modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful, way better customer service then other locations ive been to...lots of equipment
Female staff at this location are very rude, unfriendly and not willingness to offer help such as signing up, transfer or the use of black card amenities on multiple occasions...
This is the nicest planet fitness I have seen (and I have seen a LOT of them) New equipment, plenty of machines and space. Friendly staff, very clean, very modern. Very very nice
Unpleasant damp smell in many of its dark, dingy corners. It needs more natural light and ventilation. Someone should really check for water leaks in the ceiling. People can get really sick from mold related pathogens. Also the many of weight resistance equipment is not up to date. Management needs to put in more care at this location.
