the staff is very knowledgeable about the teas, they asked me several questions about flavoring, and recommended teas that I Loved. They also recommended a lemon ginger tea which has helped me greatly with my arthritic pain. A wonderful experience all around. I now own several of there products. I even bring some to work so I can offer it to my patients, it makes them very happy.
