Ordered delivery and they were late getting my order, which doesnt bother except, part of my order was missing. I called the driver to see if he had it in his car and he said that I should call Panera and let them know and that they will make me the missing part. I've tried calling SIX times now and each time the line rings until it cuts off. I am so disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Gone downhill from my last visit a few months ago. Sandwich was not made correctly. Employees talking hours worked in front of customers. Just seemed poorly run.
It was nice and comfortable but the soup was a bit cold abd they forgot to give me my water.
Have been to at least 10 different Panera's and this has been the worst one. I've been here twice. Both times the cashier taking my order was rude and there was an issue with the food (hot food was cold, small portion, ran out of something and didn't tell me).
